• User-Imported File Information (GPX/KML): Processed locally to perform App functions.

2. Purpose of Information Use

• Real-time location display and flight path visualization.
• Saving and loading GPX records.
• KML/GPX path analysis and map overlay display.

3. Data Storage and Processing

• Location and path data are processed primarily within the user's device.
• Files saved by the user are stored in the device's local storage.
• The developer does not transfer personal location records to external servers without user consent.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

• The App does not sell or provide user personal information to third parties.
• Exceptions may be made if there is a legal obligation to submit data according to laws and regulations.

5. Use of Permissions

• Location Permission (While In Use): Provides map display and path recording functions while the App is running.
• File Access Permission: Used for importing GPX/KML files and saving records.
• Users can change or withdraw permissions at any time through their device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

• The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

7. User Rights

• Users can directly delete data (path files) stored within their devices.
